1) Refunds initiated will be credited to the customer account/card from where the transaction had initiated. 5-7 working days required for refund amount in source destination.

2) Only online refund allowed. Not any Cash refund will given to any Individual/Company.

3) Standard RBI Payment Gateway policy applicable for all if Payment Gateway partner hold settlement.
